Product Description

Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) is a microporous film formed by pushing and expanding PTFE resin. It has a special fibrous microporous structure, high mechanical properties, small pore size, and waterproof and breathable properties. It can be used in electronic products, special clothing, industrial filtration, medical and other fields. It can be used to prepare electronic membranes for mobile phones and speakers, nano masks, military protective clothing, medical filling materials, seawater desalination membranes, sewage treatment membranes, air filtration products, etc.

ePTFE clothing film is mainly used in special protective clothing fabrics, such as fire clothing, military clothing, cold clothing and outdoor sports clothing. At the same time, it can also make waterproof shoes and hats, tents, etc., with waterproof, dustproof, moisture permeability, windproof and other functions. Compared with similar waterproof and moisture permeable film, it has the advantages of lightweight, high hydrostatic pressure resistance, large moisture permeability and comfortable wearing.

Packaging 

1)This product is supplied in rolls, with frame support inside, which is convenient for subsequent automated production of film.

2)The film roll is encapsulated by dust-proof bag, PE bag, and carton in sequence from the inside to the outside. The carton can be opened in normal environment, and the inner packaging must be opened in a clean environment to prevent the film from being contaminated.

Notes

1)The product must be kept in a sealed package before use; once the box is opened, it must be stored in an environment with a temperature of 23±5°C and a relative humidity of 50±5%, and use it as soon as possible.

2)Store the product in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire, heat and dust.

3)Avoid bumping and squeezing the product during use, and it is forbidden to touch the surface with hands to avoid pollution.

4)Please handle and put the product gently during transportation to prevent squeezing damage.
