Product Description

Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene, also known as ETFE, is one of the strongest fluorine plastics with good mechanical properties, weather resistance, flame retardant, gas barrier properties and chemical resistance. In addition to the similar properties like other fluorine resins, it also shows good radiation resistance, strong adhesion with metal surface, and is lighter than other fluorinated materials. ETFE products are divided into three forms: powder, liquid and particle, which can be processed by spraying, rolling coating, extrusion, injection molding and other processing technologies. Moulding parts includes lining, thin film, tube, wires, etc. and can be widely applied in chemical industry, agriculture, architecture, electronics, automobile and so on.

Notes

1)When dealing with ETFE powder for deep processing, operators must wear protective cloth and mask to avoid potential safety hazards, such as inhalation of toxic gas, or hurt by high temperature. No open flame and smoking in workplace. Exhaust devices should be installed.

2)Once opened, unused product should be repacked to avoid any dust or contamination.

3)The product should be stored in cool ventilated place and away from fire source and heat source.

4)It should also be prevented against sunlight and moisture, kept in upright position and handled with great care.

5)Product waste must be handled properly following local laws and regulations.
