Product Description

The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) microporous film material is generally made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by bidirectional stretching method, which mainly includes paste extrusion, expansion and stretching into pores and heat setting processes. The obtained microporous film material not only has stable chemical properties, high and low temperature resistance, anti-adhesion and other characteristics, but also has a special fibrous microporous structure, small and uniform film pore size, porosity up to 80-90%, excellent mechanical properties, showing excellent waterproof, air permeability, moisture permeability and other characteristics. It is widely used in electronic products, special clothing fabrics, industrial filtration, biomedical and other fields.

ePTFE film material for air filtration has microporous fibers interleaved, small and uniform pore size, high porosity, strong adhesion resistance, good permeability and low resistance, which can realize the interception and barrier of most polluted solid particles, soot and liquid droplets, and is easy to be combined with glass fiber cloth, high temperature needled felt and other materials. It can be widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, thermal power plant, cement and waste incineration and other industries.

Packaging 

1)This product is supplied in rolls, with frame support inside, which is convenient for subsequent automated production of film.

2)The film roll is encapsulated by dust-proof bag, PE bag, and carton in sequence from the inside to the outside. The carton can be opened in normal environment, and the inner packaging must be opened in a clean environment to prevent the film from being contaminated.

Notes

1)The product must be kept in a sealed package before use; once the box is opened, it must be stored in an environment with a temperature of 23±5°C and a relative humidity of 50±5%, and use it as soon as possible.

2)Store the product in a cool and ventilated place, away from fire, heat and dust.

3)Avoid bumping and squeezing the product during use, and it is forbidden to touch the surface with hands to avoid pollution.

4)Please handle and put the product gently during transportation to prevent squeezing damage.
